Yep, it creeps up on us every year, we woke this morning and the snow is on the ground, it is only a small amount but its definitely snow and cold, we have been preparing our garden and putting things away like garden furniture, mowers etc but didn’t expect it so soon.
Still, it gives us a chance to get some stuff done indoors, find our winter gear and this morning we fitted winter tyres to the car, one of the best inventions ever, they make life so much easier throughout the cold and snowy months.
I spent most of the afternoon tidying up my PC as I clean off all my hard drives once every year and it is amazing the junk that accumulates on them, and every year when I have it all back up and running I promise myself that I won’t load any rubbish next year!!!! like that never happens, or at least it hasn’t so far and I have been computing since around 1980, so I guess I will be doing it again next year, at least it keeps me up to date with what is new etc.
It is supposed to be pretty cold this week so I reckon to spend a reasonable amount of time in front of the woodburner or the computer, could be worse tho eh!
